Welcome!
Of course I had to open the blog with a Joan Didion quote. Though my blog will not be nearly as profound, I feel that it will serve a similar purpose of understanding and documenting this year abroad. I plan to make posts 2-3 times per month (not including photos, which will come much more frequently) with updates on where I’ve been, how things are going and, most importantly, what I’ve eaten.
As you all know, I am moving to Athens, Greece on an English Teaching Assistantship Scholarship through the Fulbright Program. I must immediately add that this blog is *not* an official representation of the Fulbright Program, nor is it affiliated with the organization.
